Hi all!!
What a busy last few months. I do apologize for the radio silence on this side of my blog. This will be a short, but sweet, update on what's been going on in my life since October 2018 (Eek!)
New addition!
- We're expecting a little boy in July. This is the main reason that I've been MIA from blogging. I've been both tired and nauseous - my favorite combo of feelings (ha ha ha)
. My body aches and I'm always eating - always. If you see me without food in my hands, then there is a really good chance that I'm on my way for food.
Getting use to having a caffeine intake limit has been an adjustment, to say the least. Coffee makes my stomach fluttery. But, I can tolerate tea daily. And treat myself to a coffee or latte on occasion. I've been told that my favorite mugs are making there way to the back of the cabinet because they aren't being used as much. Heartbreaking, I know (lol 🤣)
Christmas/New Years Eve
- Everything went well. Lots of family, food and rest. Oh, and I caught the lovely head cold that was making the rounds, which was super fun as I was transition from the first to the second trimester (note: read the last sentence with sarcasm - lol). We didn't have much snowfall, which means that we were able to get out around and take in everything that we wanted to pack into the holiday season without setbacks.
Goosebumps Book Club (#GBCGhostNextDoor on Twitter)
- We've been moving forward with the book club on Mandi's YouTube page. At the moment, there are 17 episodes, which includes on bonus episode which she just released as well. We just posted The Return of the Mummy. Our schedule for the next few months have been released on Twitter, just search using the Twitter handle above. We have an upcoming announcement, so be sure to check out #GBCGhostNextDoor on Twitter in the next few days.
